Student Absences
To register a student's absence Parents can notify the school by one of the ways below:
1. Via the QParent App
2. Email our office admin@somersethillsss.eq.edu.au and notify of your child/ren's name, length of absence and reason for absence.
3. Absence line (07) 3624 2260 and notify of your child/ren's name, length of absence and reason for absence.
Arriving late & Leaving early
Students arriving after 8:30am must be signed in at the school office before attending class. Students departing school before 2:30pm must be collected from the office and signed out.
Assembly
Whole school assembly is held fornightly (even weeks) on Friday commencing at 8:30 am in the hall. We welcome all Somerset Hills State School families and friends to come along.
Office hours
The school office is open between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.
